I’m heard on the radio (MPR’s Morning Edition show host so yeah, I’m tired, that’s why I like naps!) and seen on TV. (Co-host of Almanac on Twin Cities PBS. News flash! Almanac is one of the longest running news shows of its kind in the country. 30+ years!) 

The professional part of my life has allowed me to observe historic events and meet amazing people. I’m one lucky person! 

I love old buildings, old roads and old cars. Horses and history are two big interests and don’t get nervous, but I’m also focused on helping people live and die well.
